‘Handholding’ approach to procurement

Specifying and procuring the right equipment can be a challenge. AFS’s ‘handholding’ approach is aimed at supporting you throughout the procurement process to ensure you obtain exactly the equipment you need. From initial enquiry through detailed specification, design and production, we will minimize the complexity and maximize your understanding of the options available.

Delivery, installation and commissioning

We will consult with you throughout the process to minimize surprises and ensure that everything is in place for a smooth implementation. When removing old storage tanks we will ensure that they are purged and disposed of in accordance with environmental requirements by a licensed waste contractor.

Lifecycle technical services

Whether you obtained your equipment from AFS or from another supplier, we offer a comprehensive set of maintenance, servicing, inspection, calibration and repair services.

Financing

Depending on your requirements, if you prefer not to purchase outright, we may be able to offer you a competitive leasing arrangement.

If you choose to buy your fuel from us we can provide you with a comprehensive equipment and fuel supply package whereby we supply the equipment at no capital cost to you in return for an agreed premium added to the fuel price.
